Where does Cheryl Stevens Studio ship?

The Studio ships to any address within the United States.


What are my shipping options?

Our United States Postal Service must love our jewelry and whimsies...because, they offer us the best deal for shipping!

When will my order ship?

Once we calm down from the excitement you caused when you placed an order online, we will get it packed and out the door within 3 business days.


How will my order has been shipped?

Once your order is fulfilled, a happy little magical email will be sent to you!


How long will it take to get to me?

The Studio is located in Michigan’s beautiful Upper Peninsula, and as wonderful as it is living here, it does take the USPS's planes, trains and automobiles (wait, wasn’t that a movie?) a little longer to put our package in your hand. But, typically your little bundle of clay fun will be to you in 2-4 days after it leaves the Studio.

How can I find out more information about a product?

Why does this product differ slightly from the same product I’ve ordered before?

Don’t you love the uniqueness of handcrafted? After all, life is too short to wear department store jewelry! Well, one of a kind pieces are just that - so, pieces may vary slightly from their photo.


Do you offer custom design options?

If you have the cutest design and just have to have it as a dishette or necklace let us know! A minimum order of 25 pieces and set up fee of $75 is required.


Do you offer gift cards?

We do not offer gift cards at this time, but we are working on it! Stay tuned!

What If I'd like to carry your products in my shop?

What is your return policy?

If you need to talk to us about your order, please contact us within 10 days of receiving it so we can help make it right! Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 10 days.


How long does it take to process a return?

After the item is received we will process your return. Returns on credit cards may take up to 14 days to be credited.


What should I do if I receive a wrong or damaged product?

Yikes! We will feel terrible if you receive a cat necklace and you ordered a bicycle necklace (and, the thought of a that cat pendant makes your allergies go crazy!). Contact us and we will get the problem fixed!
